I’ve just ordered some new oil painting brushes, long handled flats. I’ve decided to move on from the synthetic brushes to bristle because the sythetic bristles start to splay too quickly. I wonder how quickly they’ll be delivered.

I’m really enjoying using Procreate. It’s a completely different experience to using materials.

Learning to play Chess again. Aargh – why am I so useless? No strategic thinking at all. How can I emulate Marcel Duchamp if I can’t play Chess properly?

Watched Capital in the Twenty-First Century. A critique of the corruption of capitalism according to Simeon Hans writing for the Guardian. Hans criticizes the visual style for being jarring but I actually quite liked it. Can’t disagree with the message. Very worrying!
